Unitsolver Building System
Unitsolver Building System (USBS) is a revolutionary building framework system for scalable factory production of building modules. USBS Module comprises of floor, walls and ceiling and is always based on and produced uniquely according to the architectural design of the building under production

The load-bearing walls of the USBS Module, as well as the floors and ceilings, are constructed completely of steel using a patented structure and process.
USBS Module is produced in our factory by cutting, bending and laser-welding standardized rolled steel coil, first into elements that are the walls, floors and ceilings, and then, after assembly, into the final USBS Module

The USBS Modules can be stacked together up to eight (8) floors without any additional load-bearing framework -> “solo structure”
Furthermore, in a dual structure, the USBS Modules can be the top eight floors of a high-rise if the concrete framework underneath can support the weight
The USBS Module weighs as little as 5% of the comparable concrete construction

With our ingenious stacking system, on-site assembly is fast and secure. Our local partnership with mobile crane companies and educated workers will take care of piling modules one by one.

The core inventions of the Unitsolver Building System were made with deep understanding of the capabilities of today’s state-of-the-art machinery, starting from the input material to the dimensions of the structure, to the dynamic joints and connections of the parts that form the USBS Module.

Our factory output of USBS Modules corresponds to approximately 1,5 million square feet of residential living space annually. Similarly, producing a simple USBS Module of 350 square feet takes about an hour and a half from the coiled steel roll into the ready product, waiting for shipping

We have created an illustrative housing concept to study and visualize the modularity and flexibility of the Unitsolver Building System
As we are an Indo-Finnish company, the concept and the apartment layout reflects both Indian and Nordic architectural design ideas and ideals
The starting point of our concept has been a well-functioning family home of roughly 1’500 sq feet. But, to highlight the modularity of our solution, we have divided the lower floors of the concept building into two apartments for smaller family sizes

Total flexibility in design
Ground floor is reserved for parking, storage, waste handling etc. common areas typical in Indian market
In our concept the ground floor is made in concrete or USBS system depending on use
Apartments:
On top floor open airspace “green garden” and for example, separate servant quarters
On lower floors two smaller apartments
Our standard housing module dimensions are designed for maximum utility and comfort, with easy customization options

Our Mission
We as founders of Unitsolver have been frustrated with the construction industry’s inability to use modern in-factory production possibilities to scale and drive down both construction time and cost. And with the lack of precision and quality of the end-product, especially in housing. There was and still is huge misunderstanding with industrial level material handling and the absence of scalable recipe of data driven innovations. The Whole industry need to be re-invented.
The Unitsolver R&D team has devised and patented a revolutionary solution for a building structure based on decades of expertise and many projects in various areas of the real estate and construction industries. And, with the assistance of industry leaders in top-of-the-line metal sheet production machines, laser welding systems, robotics, and automatization systems, we created a factory concept capable of mass producing this building framework, which we call the "Unitsolver Building System (USBS)."
