The Unitsolver System
Connecting AI-driven design, industrial production and rapid on-site assembly.
AI-driven design system
USBS is an algorithmic building system enabling AI-driven design from prompt to production.
Unlike traditional construction systems, USBS exists as a complete computational model of the structure. Every structural element, connection and load path is encoded within the system.
Buildings designed with USBS are inherently structurally valid, allowing architectural intent to translate directly into factory-ready production data.
Industrial production
Buildings are generated digitally and manufactured from steel coil to finished modules.
USBS modules consist of steel floors, load-bearing walls and ceilings produced by cutting, bending and laser welding standardised steel coil. Modules are assembled in the factory and delivered to site ready for stacking.
A simple 20 m² module can be produced in approximately 1 hour, enabling industrial-scale output with minimal waste.
Rapid on-site assembly
An eight-storey residential building can be assembled on site in approximately three weeks.
Standardised modules and precise stacking logic enable extremely fast and predictable construction. An eight-storey building with approximately 20 apartments can be erected in weeks rather than months.
Fast structural completion allows interior work to begin earlier and accelerates overall project timelines for developers.

DWG → DXF → USBS Rule Engine → Profile Geometry (US100 / AP / YP) → BIM + Structural Analysis + Production Control + Python → Blender 3D Assembly → MP4
This animation is generated directly from USBS structural data — nothing is modeled by hand. The same parametric data that produces the building's BIM model is run through the USBS rule engine, which derives the geometry of every laser-welded steel profile, module by module. A Python library reads this data, places each profile at its exact coordinates and generates the 3D assembly in Blender. As a result, the structural data doesn't only serve design and production — it also produces visual marketing material from the same single source of truth. One dataset, many uses: structural analysis, production control, BIM and marketing video.
