Samu Ilmarinen

Samu has nearly 30 years of experience in modular construction and its commercialization. He is responsible for the development of Unitsolver's technology and ensuring that steel modules become industrially repeatable products. Under Samu's leadership, we develop solutions that fit both Nordic and Central European residential buildings.

Jarkko Lehtonen

Jarkko has extensive experience in real estate investment and developer-side thinking. He ensures that the solution meets the needs of customers for whom total cost, schedule, and carbon footprint are critical. Jarkko is also responsible for ensuring that Unitsolver's model can be commercialized internationally and scaled to industrial production.

Arto Hämäläinen

Partner, Head of Structural Engineering FEM-modelled the predecessor steel-modular structure — the work that proved it could be used for multi-storey residential buildings. 10+ years and EUR 1B+ of complex structural engineering projects. M.Sc. (Tech.).

Matias Piipari

AI & Software Architecture Advisor Cambridge PhD in molecular biology. 15+ years in hands-on software leadership, incl. Canonical / Ubuntu Linux and seed-stage startups. Developed Unitsolver's AI/software R&D roadmap: natural-language intent → deterministic rules → validated geometry → production-ready data.
