Samu Ilmarinen

Samu has nearly 30 years of experience in modular construction and its commercialization. He is responsible for the development of Unitsolver's technology and ensuring that steel modules become industrially repeatable products. Under Samu's leadership, we develop solutions that fit both Nordic and Central European residential buildings.

Jarkko Lehtonen

Jarkko has extensive experience in real estate investment and developer-side thinking. He ensures that the solution meets the needs of customers for whom total cost, schedule, and carbon footprint are critical. Jarkko is also responsible for ensuring that Unitsolver's model can be commercialized internationally and scaled to industrial production.
